Booking is easy! Just contact us through our website, email, or phone. We’ll confirm availability, go over your needs, and schedule a time that works best for you.
We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to secure your preferred time. However, we understand that real estate moves fast—so we also accommodate same-day or next-day shoots whenever possible.
Great question! A clean and decluttered space photographs best. We’ll send a prep checklist ahead of time, but generally, you’ll want to turn on all lights, hide personal items, tidy up, and make sure everything is photo-ready before the shoot.
It depends on the size of the property and the type of services requested. A standard photo shoot usually takes 45–90 minutes. Larger homes, drone shots, or video tours may take a bit longer.
Photos and media files are delivered via an online gallery or download link. You’ll receive high-resolution images for print and MLS-optimized versions for web use.
Absolutely. If you notice anything that needs adjusting—lighting, color, or a small retouch—we’re happy to make minor edits at no extra charge.
Yes, we offer flexible scheduling to fit your needs. Evening, weekend, and even twilight shoots are available upon request.
